FAQ & Status Notices

What our site notices mean, and what they mean for you.

Your funds are safe.

Site notices like “deposits paused” or “maintenance” are operational signals — they do not affect your balance, your history, or any item in your inventory. Pauses are short and intentional. If you ever have a concern about a specific transaction, open a ticket on our Discord and we will look it up for you directly.

Why are withdrawals paused?

We occasionally pause withdrawals to investigate unusual activity, wait out a temporary network problem, or roll out an update that touches the wallet system. Pauses are intentional — they are not an outage.

Your balance is completely unaffected. Funds remain credited to your account and continue to be tracked in the database. Nothing is lost when withdrawals are paused.

When withdrawals come back online the banner is removed and any withdrawal you queue will be processed in the normal way. If you had a withdrawal in flight when the pause started, please open a Discord ticket with the request id and we will check on it directly.

Why are deposits paused?

Deposits are sometimes paused while we wait out node sync issues or roll out an update to the deposit scanner. Existing balances are unaffected.

If you already sent a deposit before the pause, it is safe on the blockchain. We will credit it as soon as the scanner is re-enabled. If a deposit you sent before the pause does not appear within a reasonable time after the banner clears, please open a Discord ticket with the txid and we will look it up directly.

Please do not send new deposits while this banner is showing — it is much faster to wait until the banner clears.

Why are deposits or withdrawals taking longer?

Cryptocurrency transactions confirm at the speed of their network, not at the speed of MM2.Bet. When the Litecoin (or any other) mempool is congested, blocks fill up and transactions wait longer to be included.

Nothing is wrong with your transaction. As long as you sent it to the correct address with the network fee we displayed at the time, it will confirm — it just may take a little longer than usual. We credit deposits as soon as our scanner sees the confirmed transaction.

Your funds are not lost. You can verify the transaction yourself on a public block explorer using the txid we showed you at the time of sending or withdrawing. If after several confirmations your deposit still has not appeared, open a Discord ticket with the txid and we will look it up.

What happens during scheduled maintenance?

Scheduled maintenance is a planned, short downtime window we use to roll out updates, run database migrations, or upgrade infrastructure. We try to announce it on the banner ahead of time.

When we restart the backend gracefully, active PVP games (coinflip, jackpot) are cancelled and the staked tokens are refunded automatically before the restart. Pending withdrawals resume processing once maintenance ends.

Your account, balance, and history are preserved across maintenance — nothing is reset. If you had a single-player round (dice, limbo, mines, etc.) in flight when the window started and something looks off afterwards, please open a Discord ticket with the round id and we will check it.

Why is the marketplace paused?

We pause the marketplace while we investigate item-pricing issues, perform bot maintenance, or roll out marketplace updates. Pausing only blocks new listings and purchases — your existing listings, completed sales, balances, and inventory are not touched.

If you had an order that was already locked in (paid but not yet delivered) when the pause started, it remains tracked in our database with its status. We will resume processing those orders when the marketplace comes back online.

If an order looks stuck after the marketplace is back, please open a Discord ticket with your order id and we will look it up directly.

What happens when the in-game bots are offline?

Our in-game bots are what you trade with inside Roblox to deposit items into your MM2.Bet account, or to withdraw items back out. When they go offline you simply can't trade with them — no in-game deposits or withdrawals can be made until they are back up.

Your inventory is not affected. Every item you have already deposited stays recorded against your account in our database. Items don't disappear because the bots are offline — they're held on the platform exactly as they were before.

When the bots come back online, in-game item deposits and withdrawals resume normally. There is nothing you need to do.

Why is one game disabled?

We disable individual games when we spot a bug, an unexpected payout, or a fairness concern. We would rather take a game offline for an hour and investigate than let a problem affect users.

Disabling a game blocks new rounds from starting — it does not roll back any round that has already played out. Your wallet, history, and stats from rounds you have already finished are completely unaffected.

If you were mid-round when the game was disabled and the result looks wrong or your bet seems stuck, please open a Discord ticket with the round id and we will check it directly.

Why is the site slow right now?

Big events, giveaways, and rains sometimes cause traffic spikes. When that happens, the backend has to work through a temporary queue of requests and some pages may take a few extra seconds to respond until things settle.

Your bets, deposits, and withdrawals still go through — they just might take a moment longer to confirm visually. Refreshing the page is safe, and nothing is duplicated.

If a request appears to fail because of a timeout, give it a few seconds and refresh — the action almost certainly completed on the backend even if the loading spinner timed out.

What does "security update in progress" mean?

Security updates change how sessions, cookies, or two-factor authentication are handled. While they roll out, you may be asked to log in again, or briefly see an error when changing password / 2FA settings.

Your funds and history are not affected by a security update — only the way you authenticate. If you are logged out unexpectedly, simply log back in. We never reset balances during a security rollout.

If you cannot log in after the update, clear your cookies for mm2.bet and try again. Most issues are resolved by a fresh login.

What happens when an event is cancelled?

Admin events (roulette, dice duel, BTC higher/lower, guess the number, etc.) are sometimes cancelled if there is a connection issue, an admin error, or an unfair condition. We would rather cancel and re-run an event than risk an unfair outcome.

Most events are completely free to enter — there is no entry fee or stake. In that case a cancellation simply means the event will not pay out a prize, and there is nothing to refund because nothing was taken from your balance to begin with.

For the rare event that does involve a token entry or stake, any applicable amounts are returned to the players who took part. If you believe you should have received a refund and have not, please open a Discord ticket with the event name and your username and we will look it up directly.

Still have a question?

If your situation isn't covered above, open a ticket on our Discord server. Please include your username and the transaction id or order id you're asking about — it helps us look things up much faster.
