MM2.Bet is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling on our platform. This KYC (Know Your Customer) policy outlines when and how we may request identity verification from users.

2. When KYC May Be Required

We operate a risk-based approach to identity verification. KYC may be triggered in the following situations:

  • Large withdrawals — Withdrawal requests above a certain threshold may be held for manual review and require identity verification before processing.
  • Suspicious activity — Unusual deposit/withdrawal patterns, rapid high-volume trading, or behaviour consistent with fraud or money laundering.
  • Multi-accounting — If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same individual, we may require verification to determine the legitimate account holder.
  • Age verification — If there is reason to believe a user may be under 18 years of age.
  • Dispute resolution — In the event of an account dispute or recovery request.

3. What We May Request

Depending on the situation, we may ask for one or more of the following:

  • Government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's licence, or national ID card)
  • Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official letter dated within 3 months)
  • Selfie holding your ID for liveness verification
  • Proof of cryptocurrency source or ownership (transaction screenshots, exchange account)

4. Verification Process

If KYC is required, you will be contacted by our team via Discord or the platform's notification system. You will be given a reasonable timeframe to submit the requested documents. During this period:

  • Pending withdrawals may be held until verification is complete
  • Your account will remain accessible for gameplay
  • Deposits will continue to be credited normally

Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of receiving all requested documents.

5. How We Handle Your Documents

All KYC documents are handled with strict confidentiality:

  • Documents are reviewed only by authorised administrators
  • We do not share your documents with third parties except where required by law
  • Documents are stored securely and encrypted at rest
  • KYC documents are deleted after verification is complete and the review period has passed, unless retention is required for legal compliance

6. Failure to Complete KYC

If you are unable or unwilling to complete KYC when requested:

  • Pending withdrawals will not be processed
  • Your account may be restricted or suspended
  • In cases of confirmed underage use, the account will be permanently terminated and any remaining balance forfeited

7. Your Rights

You may request information about what KYC data we hold on you, or request deletion of submitted documents after the mandatory retention period. Contact us through our Discord server for any KYC-related inquiries.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to update this KYC policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of MM2.Bet after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
