When you use MM2.Bet, we collect the following information:

Account data — When you sign in via Discord, we receive your Discord user ID, username, display name, and avatar. If you link a Roblox account, we store your Roblox user ID and username. If you register with email, we store your email address and a hashed password.

Transaction data — We record all deposits, withdrawals, and in-platform transactions including cryptocurrency amounts, wallet addresses you provide, and transaction IDs for blockchain verification.

Game data — We store the outcome and details of every game you play, including wager amounts, results, and provably fair seeds. This is required for provably fair verification.

Chat messages — Messages you send in live chat are stored temporarily for moderation and platform safety.

Technical data — We log your IP address, country (via Cloudflare headers), and browser user agent when you log in or perform certain actions. This is used for security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection.

Activity data — We track gameplay statistics (games played, wagered amounts, win/loss records), XP, levels, and referral relationships.

We use collected data to:

• Operate and maintain your account and wallet
• Process cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals
• Provide provably fair game verification
• Calculate and display game statistics, XP, and leaderboards
• Prevent fraud, multi-accounting, and abuse
• Moderate chat and enforce community guidelines
• Process referral rewards and rakeback
• Communicate service updates and account notifications

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in:

• Session cookie — Maintains your login state while browsing. HttpOnly and Secure.
• Remember token — Keeps you signed in between visits. HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax.

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data in limited circumstances:

• Blockchain transactions — Cryptocurrency transactions are public on their respective blockchains by nature.
• Service providers — We use Cloudflare for security and performance. Cloudflare may process your IP address and request data under their own privacy policy.
• Legal obligations — We may disclose information if required by law or to protect against fraud and abuse.

We implement security measures to protect your data including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, HMAC-signed session tokens, rate limiting, and row-level database locking for financial operations. Cryptocurrency private keys are stored encrypted and never exposed through the application.

Account data and transaction history are retained for as long as your account exists. Chat messages are retained temporarily for moderation purposes. Game records are retained indefinitely to support provably fair verification. If you wish to have your account data removed, contact us through our Discord server.

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, or request deletion of your account by contacting us on Discord. Note that blockchain transaction records cannot be deleted as they exist on public blockchains, and game records tied to provably fair verification may be retained.

MM2.Bet is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will terminate their account.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
