By accessing or using MM2.Bet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use MM2.Bet. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and that online gambling is not prohibited in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of this platform is lawful in your location.
You may create one account per person. Multi-accounting is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your login information.
Accounts are created via Discord OAuth, Roblox verification, or email registration. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in cryptocurrency (LTC, BTC, ETH, SOL, USDT). By depositing funds, you confirm that the cryptocurrency belongs to you and was obtained legally. Internal balances are denominated in tokens (1 token = $0.01 USD equivalent).
Withdrawals may be subject to review and KYC verification as outlined in our KYC Policy. We reserve the right to delay or refuse withdrawals if fraud, abuse, or policy violations are suspected.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses or lost due to blockchain network issues outside our control.
All games on MM2.Bet are provably fair. Game outcomes are determined by cryptographic algorithms that can be independently verified. See our Provably Fair page for details.
Once a wager is placed and confirmed, it cannot be reversed. Game results are final. The platform applies a house edge to certain games, which is disclosed on each game page.
We reserve the right to void bets or reverse payouts in cases of technical malfunction, exploitation of bugs, or any form of cheating.
The MM2.Bet marketplace allows users to buy and sell Roblox MM2 items using platform tokens. All marketplace transactions are final once completed. We act as an intermediary and facilitate item transfers through our bot system. While we take measures to ensure delivery, we cannot guarantee availability if Roblox services experience downtime.
The following actions are prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination:
Live chat is moderated. We reserve the right to mute, warn, or ban users who violate community guidelines including spamming, harassment, hate speech, advertising, or sharing inappropriate content. Chat messages may be deleted or retained for moderation purposes.
Users may earn rewards by referring new users through our referral system. Abuse of the referral program (including self-referral, fake accounts, or coordinated referral farming) will result in forfeiture of referral rewards and potential account termination.
MM2.Bet is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: gambling losses, cryptocurrency value fluctuations, blockchain network delays, service interruptions, or unauthorised account access.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion for violation of these terms or any other reason. In cases of legitimate termination, users may request withdrawal of any remaining balance not associated with fraudulent activity. Balances associated with policy violations, abuse, or underage use may be forfeited.
Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income. If you feel you may have a gambling problem, we encourage you to seek help. You may request a voluntary self-exclusion by contacting our team on Discord. Self-excluded accounts will be locked for the requested period.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration.
